Functional. Thoughtful. Client-Focused. Strength Training That Puts You First.
With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I help people move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence— whether you’re brand new to strength training, returning after injury, or ready to take your fitness to the next level.
I began my career as a group fitness instructor at the age of 16, and since then I’ve coached thousands of people, presented as a lead instructor for Cycle for Survival, and managed group fitness programmes for high-end clubs, including Equinox. I’m also the current Master Instructor for Schwinn Cycling in the UK. All of these years in the fitness industry have given me the opportunity to work in demanding environments with a wide range of clients — from complete beginners to elite athletes — shaping a coaching approach that is thoughtful, adaptable, and grounded in experience.
Many of my clients started asking for the same quality of coaching they experienced in class, but delivered in a more individual, personalised setting. That led me to expand into personal training, where I could focus more closely on movement quality, functional strength, and each client’s specific needs.
My personal training work has always grown through client recommendation rather than advertising, built on long-term relationships and consistently positive outcomes. Clients of all ages and ability levels have trusted me to help them build strength, learn new skills, improve posture, and both manage and prevent injuries.
My approach is calm, considered, and always client-first. Collaboration with and feedback from the client is key to creating a program that helps each client feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their bodies for the long term.
Each program is individually and meticulously curated, combining strength training with mobility work, and functional movement. Every detail is calibrated to meet you where you are, whilst also creating a pathway to where you want to be in the future—all based on your goals, and your lifestyle. Experienced, thoughtful, client-centered training that goes beyond fads and quick fixes to progress that is intentional and sustainable.
